Steven Gerrard is a Liverpool legend, for his final games as a player and captain adidas created a one of a kind boot referencing Stevens personal journey at a club that he has been at his entire career.
Steven only asked for two things, his children's names and YNWA this left quite some creative freedom. The lines are a representation of Steven as the fire and spark of Liverpool and the colours are to show his transition from the Red of Liverpool to the White of LA Galaxy. I also found a away of integrating his shirt number into the base plate which also has a small nod to the original torsion cross from the 94 Predator. He was also a big fan of the original black, red and white colour so I kept that palette but reverse the blockings.
